Gelso Suite

The name pays homage to an ancient mulberry tree that once graced the masseria with its pink and violet fruits. Overlooking the garden in a riot of fragrances and colours, the suite has a private entrance, star vaults, an original antique fireplace and a fine local stone floor. The ground-floor living area has a kitchenette and is furnished with a sofa bed, table and chairs. Also on the ground floor, a spacious private bathroom built entirely in stone with a large shower and bidet. A charming staircase leads up to the double bedroom with a small wardrobe and an additional single sofa bed. The suite has been furnished with zero environmental-impact circular-economy pieces: a redesign that has preserved the memory of the place while enriching it with contemporary details.
