Nespolo Suite

Two medlar trees in the small front garden promise harmony and prosperity. The suite is spread across two floors, reached through a small orchard garden. Housed in what was once the manor house, it has been restored using natural and eco-friendly materials and painted with white hydraulic lime. Traditional methods were used to preserve the original structure — tufa walls, stone floors and star vaults. The furnishings blend vintage materials and objects with a contemporary industrial aesthetic. Ground floor: a living area with a fine local stone floor, a sofa with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchenette and a small bathroom without a shower. Upper floor: a spacious bedroom with a large tufa bed and a full bathroom with shower and bidet. The terrace offers a view stretching from the hills of the Itria Valley across an endless expanse of olive trees all the way to the turquoise sea at Capitolo.
